I create transformation businesses.

*A transformation business has the ability to create a significant change within the life of the client.

There are no boundaries in terms of industry when it comes to a transformation business, the common denominator is the transformation.

Over the last decade, I’ve helped personal brands build their one man empire by offering transformations to their market, to 50+ of the world’s most recognised brands add transformation as part of their core strategy.

I’ve been asked on many occasions to travel to all corners of the globe to speak on the power of transformation.

My work has involved helping a burnt out self employed beauty therapist go from a fully booked column with £2000 per month in total sales, to £25,000+ highly consistent months while working with a fraction of the clients and just 2 days per week with zero social media marketing.

At the other end of the spectrum, I’ve been asked to help multimillion pound companies implement the power of transformation to create highly unique positioning within their respective market.

It makes zero difference to me if you’re a passionate startup with a team of just you, or if you’re strategising how you can create your second billion with a team of thousands.

What counts, is that you genuinely care about the change you can create with your client.

On more than one occasion, I’ve been helping a freelancer in the morning go from ‘getting their next gig’ to working on large scale transformation projects and by the afternoon I’m discussing strategy with a board of directors.

Ultimately, all that matters is the transformation created within the life of the client.

I’m deeply committed to this process, the methodology and all of the subtle nuances to create this outcome. Some might say I have an obsession and I’d likely agree.

Where it all began, for me at least.
I didn’t start by creating transformation businesses.

In fact, after graduating high school with no GCSE’s and a single minded dream to play professional basketball, the most I was able to aspire to work wise was working in my local gym after completing a personal training qualification.

After an extremely short career playing basketball in Germany (l played just one season) I realised my NBA dream wasn’t going to translate to reality.

It was at this stage where I took the one thing I knew, personal training and applied to work on cruise ships, so I could at least get paid to travel the world.

I thought my work onboard ships would be fun, but I soon discovered there were demanding sales targets which needed to be reached and I was coming up short week in week out. So much in fact, I was the worst performing PT across an entire fleet of 200+ personal trainers.

To put things in perspective, my targets were thousands per week and I wasn’t even hitting hundreds.

Fortunately, with a new manager + the right training, I was saved from being sent home due to low performance and within a few months I was starting to creep up the sales leaderboard.

What stood out for me, was that it wasn’t about the personal training.

It was about being able to communicate clearly with my client, that they could invest in a transformation.

"

Once I achieved this, I went from hundreds per week, to thousands and even 10K+ on many weeks.

I never thought in my wildest dreams a personal trainer could earn $10,000+ per week! Yet, I was living proof it was possible and the funniest thing of all, by this time I didn’t do any personal training.

All I focused on was creating a strategy with the client for their transformation and of course, I was able to charge a lot of money for this.

"

By 2010, I moved on from the cruise line industry and decided to setup my own consulting practise specialising in sales transformation.

It was like starting all over again, but this time the stakes were far higher.

I made every mistake you can think of my first few years consulting, but none more so than burning through all of my cash and having to sell my home.

Yet - After a few years of knocking on doors, trying to sell my own sales training and convincing companies they need to be offering transformations, I finally started to get some opportunities come my way and the rest is history.

By the time I was 24, I was already managing my own teams and then asked to go ship to ship as head of fitness. I had also already moved to another company where we took care of most of the English ships.
This is where I found a passion for training others, because it was one thing for me to generate these sorts of revenues with transformations, but seeing others achieve and even surpass my results was a different game and feeling entirely.

Today, as you’ve probably guessed by now, my focus is on helping my select clients and transformation community.
